摘要
目的分析使用去氧肾上腺素的患者出现严重心律失常的原因。方法回顾分析我院2005年1月至2011年6月使用去氧肾上腺素的73例患者的临床资料,探讨其与年龄、病情及共用药物的关系。结果去氧肾上腺素为临床常用升压药,反射性迷走兴奋引起心率降低,存在年龄差异,并且受病情、共用药物等的影响,存在有发生严重心动过缓的可能。结论临床使用去氧肾上腺素有可能引起严重的心动过缓,应密切观察患者的生命体征,及时发现问题及时处理。
To analyze the causation in patients of serious bradycardia by Phenylephrine Hydrochloride Injection.Methods Review the clinical data of 73 patients in our hospital who were injected Phenylephrine Hydrochloride Injection from 2005-01 to 2011-01.Results Phenylephrlne Hydrechloride Injection can excite vagus nerve reflectively to cause heart rate reduce,and to cause serious bradycardia when different age,condition,drugs. COnClUSion Phenylephrine Hydrochloride Injection may cause serious bradycardia,so we should monitor vital signs and control complications.
