Fabrication and Erection of Imitated Eiffel Tower in Shenzhen

深圳仿埃菲尔铁塔是按法国巴黎埃菲尔铁塔原型 ,以 3∶ 1的比例微缩设计制作。塔高 10 3 m。主体钢结构重60 0 t,共用高强螺栓 16万套 ,铆钉约 12万个。介绍了本塔的工厂制作、试拼装与现场架设安装方案 ,以及测量监控方法。

The imitated Eiffel Tower in Shenzhen is designed and fabricated in accordance with the scaled\|down dimension 1:3 of the prototype Eiffel Tower in Paris,France.The imitated tower is 103 m in height,the total weight of steels used for the principal parts of the tower is 600t for which about 160 000 sets of bolts, 120 000 numbers of rivets have been used.The fabrication and trial assembling of the imitated tower in shop and installation,erection,survey and monitoring on site are introduced.
