经皮肾镜碎石术治疗复杂性肾结石的效果观察

目的分析与探讨经经皮肾镜碎石术治疗复杂性肾结石的临床治疗效果。方法回顾性分析我院2010年1月至2011年5月期间采用经皮肾镜碎石术治疗复杂性肾结石的95例患者的临床资料,观察治疗效果并进行分析与总结。结果 95例患者中行一期手术者89例,行二期手术者6例;一期手术的清石率为73.03%,二期手术的清石率为83.33%;处理结石的平均时间为60min。术后有6例出现高热,1例患者发生继发性出血。结论经皮肾镜碎石术治疗复杂性肾结石具有疗效好、安全可靠、术后并发症少、恢复快并且结石清除率高的优点,目前是治疗复杂性肾结石的一线疗法。在围手术期全面评估患者的病情,积极控制泌尿系感染并纠正全身状况,能减少术后并发症的发生,值得临床广泛推广。

Objective Analyzed and explored the clinical effect of percutaneous nephroscopic lithotripsy for complex kidney stones.Methods Retrospective analyzed 95cases clinical data with complex kidney stones treated of percutaneous nephroscopic lithotripsy from January 2010 to 2011,observed and analyzed the effect.Results 95 cases with one stage surgery of 89 cases,two stage of 6 cases;one stage clear stone rate was 73.03%,and the two stage was 83.33%;the average surgery time of 60min.6 cases appeared high fever,1 patient appeared secondary hemorrhage.Conclusion Percutaneous nephroscopic lithotripsy for complex kidney stones has good effect、safet reliability、less postoperative complications、rapid recovery and high advantage stone-free rate,is the first choice treatment therapy for complexity kidney stones at present.In perioperative take comprehensive assessment,positive control urinary tract infection and correct whole body condition,can reduce the incidence of complication,worth widely clinical promotion.
