摘要
目的探讨胎儿脐带因素与分娩方式的关系及影响。方法回顾性分析2008年1月至2011年1月我院产科住院的98例存在脐带因素孕产妇的临床资料,将其作为观察组,并随机抽取同期的无脐带因素孕产妇68例作为对照组,临床观察比较2组的分娩方式。结果脐带因素是导致胎儿宫内窘迫的重要因素,合理选择分娩方式对围生儿的预后至关重要。结论脐带绕颈会对分娩方式产生不利影响,加强产时监护,根据脐带绕颈情况,可选择自然分娩或剖宫产,从而降低新生儿窒息率。
Objective To investigate the fetal umbilical cord factors and mode of delivery and its influence.Methods A retrospective analysis of 2008 January to 2011 January in our hospital 98 cases of obstetric admissions to the presence of umbilical cord factors of maternal clinical data,as the observation group,and a random sample of umbilical cord factors from maternal 68 cases as control group,the clinical observation were compared between the two groups of delivery mode.Results Umbilical cord factors leading to intrauterine fetal distress is important factors,a reasonable choice of mode of delivery on the perinatal prognosis in critical.Conclusion The umbilical cord around the neck on the delivery mode of adverse effects,intensified intrapartum care,according to the umbilical cord around the neck,can choose natural delivery or cesarean section,so as to reduce the rate of neonatal asphyxia.
