他汀类药抗心房颤动的研究

摘要 心房颤动是临床上最常见的心律失常之一。临床和基础研究表明,他汀类药物具有减少心房纤颤发生、发展和复发的作用。其作用机制可能与抗炎、抗氧化、减少心房肌的结构重构和电重构、改善心脏自主神经功能等作用有关。
