64排螺旋CT在下肢动脉疾病诊断中的临床应用研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨64排螺旋CT在下肢动脉疾病诊断中的临床应用价值。方法随机选取我科2年间行下肢动脉CTA检查患者33例,进行诊断结果分析,主要讨论下肢动脉管腔狭窄和闭塞。结果对31例患者进行回顾分析,诊断阳性率为100%,发现髂动脉单侧病变20例(闭塞3例),双侧病变11例(闭塞1例);股动脉单侧病变31例(闭塞7例),双侧病变23例(闭塞2例);腘动脉单侧病变8例(闭塞1例),双侧病变2例。结论 64排螺旋CT血管造影速度快,操作简单、安全,易于被病人接受,能从多方位、多角度观察受检血管,但同时具有一定的电离辐射,同时不能观察血流方向和时相,对显示细小血管不甚理想。 Objective To evaluate clinical application value for the 64-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of lower extremity arterial disease. Methods Randomly selected lower limb arterial CTA examination 33 patients in two years,the diagnosis analysis,focused on lower extremity arterial stenosis and occlusion. Results The retrospective analysis of 31 patients,diagnostic positive rate was 100%, unilateral iliac artery disease found 20 cases(occlusion in 3 cases),bilateral lesions in If cases(occlusion 1 case);nnilateral femoral artery lesions in 31 cases(occlusion 7 cases), bilateral lesions in 23 patients(occlusion in 2 cases)~popliteal artery with unilateral lesions in 8 cases(occlusion I case),bilateral lesions in 2 cases.Conclusion 64--slice spiral CT angiography fast,simple,safe,easy to be patient receives,from the multi--faceted,multi--perspective subjects blood vessels, but also has some of ionizing radiation,and can not observe the flow direction and phase,shows small blood vessels less than ideal.
