目的探讨分析影响血液样本检验质量结果的因素,为加强血液样本检验全程中质量控制管理的方法和措施并提高血液样本检验质量。方法对血液样本检验分析前、分析中、分析后的3个阶段影响质量的因素进行了总结并就这些因素如何加强与质量控制进行了探讨。结果通过对血液样本检验各环节关键点的质量管理控制,可以有效地提高检验质量,保证检验结果的精确性与准确性。结论对血液样本的收集、送检及测定等过程中影响准确性因素进行综合系统分析,多方协作并严格遵守标准操作规程文件,确保血样检验过程遵照工作标准化、管理制度化、操作规范化,避免各个环节的负面影响,确保检验结果准确性进而为临床诊断和治疗提供准确、可靠、及时的诊断依据。

Objective To investigate the influence factor of blood sample test result.As to strengthen the quality management measures and develop blood sample test result.Methods Summarize the influence factor of 3 phases on blood sample test,such as before,during and after test. And discussed the quality control measure on these factors.Results Through the quality management control on factors of blood sample test,test quality will be developed and accuracy and precision of test result will be ensured.Conclusion After analysis of before,during and after the sample test,such measures should be taken below.Cooperation and obey SOP,make sure the process of sample test according to standardazation,institutionalization and regulation,avoid the adverse impact of each factors and provide the accurate,reliable and timely diagnosis foundation for clinical use.
