摘要
各种急慢性疾病老年患者应积极控制血糖,合理应用抗生素。本文报道糖尿病患者并发真菌性角膜炎27例,分析其临床和真菌学特点。真菌性角膜炎是眼科致盲率较高的眼病之一,在我国农民患者居多,近年来发病有逐渐上升趋势[1]。糖尿病合并感染是威胁糖尿病患者生命的重要并发症之一。
]To investigate the status of fungus infection in the department of diabetes in order to analyze the risk factors,and to find out the approach for prevention.The review investigation method fasting plasma glucose concentration,2-hour postprandial blood glucose concentrations,the complications of chronic disease and the long--term unreasonable use of antibiotic are the risk factors.
