罐车人孔盖、垫结构改造方案的研究

Research on the Structure Rebuilding Scheme of Tank Lorry Manhole Cover and Pad

结合我国铁路罐车在运用中油品货物外溢,继而引起火灾危及铁路运输安全的具体状况,提出了罐车人孔盖、垫结构的改造方案,通过优化设计和强度计算,研制出罐车一体式浸脂螺栓新结构,并介绍了其结构特点、润滑脂的选择及产品的推广情况。

In accordance with the oil goods overflow on tank lorry and giving occasion to tire hazard and jeopard the railway trailic safety, a structure rebuilding scheme of tank lorry manhole cover and pad was developed. It developed a new structure of tank manhole over bolt in grease by means of optimal design and strength calculation. This paper also introduced the structural feature, the choice of grease and the situation of product expansion.
