课程建设与改革是提高教学质量的核心,也是教学改革的重点和难点。高职院校要提高教学质量、培养出适合社会需要的有用人才,应积极进行课程改革与建设,按照"就业导向、能力本位、需求目标"的原则构建课程体系。

The core factor to improve teaching quality is to carry out curriculum design and reform.Curriculum design is a very important,but difficult aspect in the teaching reform.Vocational colleges should actively carry out curriculum reform and design a curriculum system in accordance with the ＂employment-oriented,competence-based and demand-driven＂ principles so as to improve teaching quality and cultivate useful talents to meet the needs of the society.
