2011年湛江市住院糖尿病患者生存质量调查及影响因素分析

Survey on the Quality of Life Among In-patients with Diabetes and Analysis on Influencing Factors in Zhanjiang City,2011

[目的]了解湛江市住院糖尿病患者生存质量及其影响因素,为提高糖尿病生存质量提供依据。[方法]2011年6月,运用糖尿病患者生存质量特异性量表(DSQL)对湛江市5所二甲以上医院的143例住院糖尿病患者进行调查。[结果]测试糖尿病患者143例,DSQL量表总分与生理功能、心理和精神功能两个维度得分均高于国内常模(P<0.01或<0.05)。非条件Logistic回归分析结果,病程和职业是影响住院糖尿病患者生存质量的因素,OR值分别为2.427、0.610,即病程长、农民患者生存质量较低。[结论]糖尿病患者的生存质量下降,精神心理方面的损害尤为严重。

[Objective]To understand the quality of life（QOL）and its influencing factors of the in-patients with diabetes in Zhanjiang city,in order to provide the basis for improvement of the QOL. [Methods]In June, 2011, using the diabetes specific quality of life scale （DSQL） to survey 143 cases of diabetes in five hospitals of the second class upper in Zhanjiangcity. [Results]In 143 patients with diabetes,the two dimensions such as the total scores of DSQL and physiological function,psychological and spiritual features were higher than the national norms （ P〈0.01 or〈0. 05）. The results of the unconditional logistic regression analysis showed that the course of patients and occupation were the influencing factors, the OR values were 2. 427 and 0. 610,the quality of life was low in long course of patients and farmer patients. [Conclusion]The quality of life of patients with diabetes declines, especially severe damage in psychology.
