摘要
本文用ELISA双抗体夹心法和ELISA捕捉法同时检测HFRS患者血清250份,阴性对照血清57份。结果表明:两方法均无假阳性反应,捕捉法的变异系数为8％,双抗体夹心法为10.2％;捕捉法和双抗体夹心法的GMT分别为108800和22400,捕捉法是夹心法的48.6倍。
This peper reports results of 250 samples of patients with HFRS and 57 samples of control sera tested by the Double--antibody sandwich ELISA and the Capture ELISA in same time. It shows that there is no false positive reaction in this two methods. The CV of the Double-Antibody Sandwich ELISA is 10. 2 per cent and s per cent in the Cap- ture ELISA. The GMT of the Capture ELISA and the Double-Antibody Sandwich ELISA are 108800 and 22400, respectively, the former is 48. 6 times as high as the later.
