摘要
目前,在基于Web的医学图像传输显示领域中,存在多种技术,如ACTIVE-X HTML、Flash、HTML5等。不同技术在不同的网络环境下表现出不同的特点。对两种基于Web的医学影像传输显示系统进行了设计和评估,第一种是瘦客户端系统,其工作原理是基于HTML的瘦客户端与具有WADO接口的PACS Web服务器进行数据交换,传输的影像格式为JPEG或PNG;第二种是胖客户端系统,工作原理是富客户端,如ActiveX控件、HTML5或FLASH RIA程序与具有WADO接口的PACS Web服务器进行数据交换,传输的影像格式为非压缩DICOM,压缩格式的DICOM和JPIP码流。经测试,在不同网络环境下,两种系统各有优缺点。
