摘要
用脉搏波传导时间的连续测量来估算动脉血压是一种无创的连续血压测量方法,但该技术中如何让个体血压发生改变,从而获得两组求解方程一直是一个难题。利用人体昼夜生理血压波动产生的波动改变,通过自动触发起始时刻和PWTT变化超过域值时刻产生的两组PWTT和BP测量数据,求出个体血压计算系数,实现血压的实时、连续监测。
The method of using PWTT to estimate BP is a noninvasive and continuous method of BP measurement. But how to let the individual ' s BP changed so that two equations can be obtained is a difficult and key problem. Through Using the nature BP variation during day and night, two equations data can be acquired. After answering the equations, BP estimate coefficient can be gotten. The method is feasible for noninvasive, continuous and real time BP monitoring.
