摘要
目的探讨64排螺旋CT头颅CTA对动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血(SAH)的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析28例急性SAH患者的CTA及DSA资料,CTA图像采用多平面重组(MPR)、最大密度投影(MIP)、曲面重组(CRP)和三维容积重现(VRT)、技术处理。结果 CTA共发现动脉瘤28个,DSA发现动脉瘤30个。CTA正确诊断动脉瘤28个,漏诊2个,CTA诊断敏感性为93.3%。结论 CTA对动脉瘤性SAH检出动脉瘤的诊断敏感性高,可作为SAH的首选影像学诊断方法 。
Objective To investigate 64 row helical CT to head CTA aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage(SAH) diagnostic value.Methods Twentyeight cases of acute SAH patients of CTA and DSA material,CTA image using many plane restructuring(MPR),maximum density projection(MIP),surface reorganization(CRP) and three-dimensional volume reproduce(VRT) by technology processing.Results Aneurysm 28were found by CTA,DSA found aneurysm 30.CTA correct diagnosis aneurysm 28,misdiagnosis 2,CTA diagnosis for 93.3%sensitivity.Conclusion CTA aneurysmal SAH detected for the diagnosis of aneurysms,can be used as high sensitive imaging method choice SAH.
