摘要
内皮素是体内作用最强、持续时间最长的缩血管物质,在心肌缺血早期即出现表达增高,参与猝死过程,ET的检出对于确认猝死过程中心肌缺血的存在,从而确定死因具有重要意义。
Endothelin（ET） is a shrink vascular material with the strongest and longest function in vivo.It has an increased expression in the early Myocardial ischemia and participates in sudden death process.The detection of ET has the important meaning of confirm the existence of myocardial ischemia in the process of sudden death and determine the cause of death further.
