阐述了铁路客运企业只有组织好市场营销,才能在市场中求得生存与发展。加强运输市场信息的研究,可以帮助铁路运输企业在客运市场营销活动中作出正确的决策。提出了对客运营销信息资源研究、开发的几点建议。
