复方鲜竹沥液制备工艺改进

Improvement of the Technique for Preparing an Oral Liquid of Xianzhuli Compounds

目的改进复方鲜竹沥液制剂处方中薄荷油的添加工艺。方法利用滑石粉的分散作用,提高薄荷油的溶解性。将薄荷油加入到滑石粉中,充分研匀,加入到鲜竹沥液药液中充分搅拌,滤过,即得澄清制剂。结果制剂澄清,口感好,质量合格。结论该方法可行,工艺简单而稳定,且生产成本低。

Objective To obtain a clear and good-quality qualified oral liquid preparation of Xianzhuli Compound by improving the addition methods for peppermint oil.Methods Pulvis talci was used to improve the solubility of peppermint oil in the compound.Peppermint oil was mixed with pulvis talci and triturated sufficiently before the mixture was mixed with physic liquor and agitated sufficiently.Finally,the clear preparation was obtained after filtration.Results The preparation was clear and good-quality.Conclusion The improved method is simple,stable and economical tasty.
