摘要
目的采用HPLC法测定地氯雷他定片含量。方法 Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm),以甲醇-10 mmol/L磷酸二氢钾(50∶50)为流动相,流速:1.0 ml/min,检测波长:241 nm,进样量:20μl。结果地氯雷他定在12.5~125μg/ml范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率为98.7%。结论本方法精密度好,结果准确、可靠、灵敏,可用于地氯雷他定片的含量测定。
Objective To develop a method for determination of desloratadine by HPLC.Methods Chromatography was performed on Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18 column(4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm),with methanol and phosphate buffer(50∶ 50)as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min.The absorbance was monitored at 241 nm.The injection volume was 20 μl.Results The calibration curve of desloratadine was linear within the range of 12.5-125 μg/ml(r=0.9999).The recovery was 98.7%.Conclusion This method is accurate,reliable and sensitive.It can be used for quality control of desloratadine tablets.
