短期胰岛素泵治疗对2型糖尿病血脂谱的影响

ONE-WEEK INTENSIVE GLYCEMIC CONTROL WITH INSULIN PUMP IMPROVING THE LIPID PROFILE IN TYPE 2 DIABETES PATIENTS

目的观察1周胰岛素泵治疗对2型糖尿病血脂谱的影响。方法选取50例2型糖尿病患者,予胰岛素泵强化治疗1周,动态观察治疗前后血糖、血脂谱变化。结果 1周胰岛素泵治疗后,患者空腹血糖和餐后血糖较前显著下降(P<0.001)。同时,患者总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)和载脂蛋白B水平显著下降(P<0.001),TC和LDL-C的达标率显著升高(P<0.05),而甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、载脂蛋白A无明显改善。结论 1周胰岛素泵强化治疗显著降低2型糖尿病患者血糖同时可以部分改善患者血脂代谢异常。

Objective To observe the changes of lipid profile after one-week intensive glycemic control with insulin pump in type 2 diabetes（T2DM） patients.Methods Fifty T2DM patients were enrolled and underwent one-week intensive glycemic control with insulin pump.The blood glucose and lipid profile were evaluated before and after the treatment.Results After one-week intensive glycemic control with insulin pump,the level of fasting blood glucose（FBG） and postprandial blood glucose（PBG） of T2DM patients decreased significantly（P0.001）.Meanwhile,the level of total cholesterol（TC）,low density lipoprotein-cholesterol（LDL-C） and apolipoprotein B sharply reduced（P0.001）,the target-reaching rate of TC and LDL-C increased significantly（P0.05）.However,triglyeride,high density lipoprotein-cholesterol,apolipoprotein A had no significant improvement.Conclusion One-week intensive glycemic control with insulin pump could markedly lower blood glucose and partly improve lipid metabolism in T2DM patients.
