活性氧化铝除氟及再生的研究

摘要 通过活性氧化铝悬浮液的酸碱滴定试验和过滤试验从微观上研究其对氟离子的吸附方式和结合形式,用表面配位反应模式研究pH值和其它因素对氟吸附的影响,建立了表面负荷的计算方法,测定了活性氧化铝吸氟的饱和量和平衡常数,再生试验测定了各种洗脱剂的再生效率,以氢氧化钠溶液的洗脱效果最佳,而明矾亦是一种有竞争力的洗脱剂。 The specific adsorption of fluoride ion on r-Al_2O_3 has been evaluated from measurements of alkalimetric/acidimetric titration of the r-Al_2O_3 suspensions and dynamic filtration passed through columns of r-Al_2O_3 in order to aware the adsorption forms. It is possible to explain the dependance upon pH with the help of the surface complexation model or the ligand exchange model. The surface charge of r-Al_2O_3 can be estimated in this study. The equilibrium constants and specific adsorption have been determined. The regeneration rates of various regenerants have also been measured respectively. In all potential regenerants, NaOH was the most efficient and alum could be a competitive one for r-Al_2O_3 regeneration.
