LJ has launched its 2011 annual book buying survey of public libraries in the U.S..The survey shows that the book budgets be cut very largly,the largest plunge since the survey was launched.The public librarians are facing an uphill battle.This year＇s survey has one bright spot： There is a new trend in the book circulation,which is ebook circulation increased.
