摘要
介绍了适用于轻型直流输电系统(VSC-HVDC)的模块化多电平换流器(MMC)拓扑结构及原理,并提出一种适用于MMC的新型移相载波调制策略(CPS-SPWM)。基于MMC的能量均衡和电压平衡问题,还提出了和调制策略相协调的电容电压均衡控制方法,最后通过Matlab/Simulink搭建了MMC仿真模型,结果证明所提出的控制方法可以有效地平衡换流器子模块的电容电压,并且保证MMC外部输出良好的交流电压和电流。
The principle and topology of modular multilevel converter (MMC) were proposed, which is a new multilevel converter suitable for VSC - HVDC. A novel carried phase shifted sinusoidal pulse width modulation (CPS - SPWM) scheme suitable for MMC in VSC - HVDC was presented. Based on the energy equipartition and voltage balance,a capacitor voltage-balancing strategy was presented with the topology of MMC and modulation. Simulation results based on Matlab/Simulink show that the control method can balance the capacitance voltage of submodule. It is also shown that it can ensure good AC voltage and current of MMC.
