摘要
阐述了一种基于16位高性能DSPIC数字控制器的LLC谐振变换器的设计原理。介绍了LLC变换器结构组成及特点,分析其3种稳态运行模式下的工作原理,在此基础上还介绍了Microchip公司的数字控制器DSPIC SMPS DSC的功能及特性,最后给出了采用此控制器实现输出功率200W,输入电压范围DC350~450V,输出12V的数字电源控制的硬件及软件设计方法。
The design principle of the LLC resonant converter was introduced,which is controlled by the 16 bit high performance controller DSPIC. Introduced the structure and the characteristics of the LLC converter. Analyzed its working principle of 3 operating modes. Then,introduced the function and characteristics of the DSPIC SMPS DSC made by Microchip company. At last,the software and hardware design procedure of a 200 W of digital control power supply was given, whose input voltage range is DC 350;450 V,output voltage is DC 12V.
