摘要
针对传统的任务指派模型没有考虑协同设计分布式特点的不足,提出了一种针对分布式协同设计的任务指派模型。该模型考虑了人员的工作能力、人员的协同能力和任务对人员的影响三个因素,其中人员工作能力考虑了人员的能力等级,协同能力则从人员参与协同活动的次数和成功率角度考虑人员与他人的合作能力,任务对人员的影响主要考虑任务能否促进人员专业能力的增长。最后通过一个算例进行了验证,表明该模型对于分布式协同设计的任务指派是有效的。
According to the disadvantage that the traditional task assignment model neglects the characteristics of distributed collaborative design,a new model for task assignment is proposed in this paper.There influencing factors capabilities,collaborative capability and the influence of task and personal,are considered in this model.The factor of capabilities mainly discusses the personal ability of the task,the collaborative capability is calculated by the number and success rate of collaborative activities,and the influence of task and personal consider whether the task enhance the personal professional ability.Finally,an example is studied to illustrate that the model is effective.
