摘要
风能发电变流系统中,IGBT模块的控制采用高速的SPWM脉冲群来完成。信号在电缆中传输时,高频信号容易受到电缆互感的影响,频率越高,这种影响带来的干扰也就越大,导致IGBT误动作,严重时会炸管子。介绍了一种基于光纤传输的IGBT驱动系统,介绍了驱动系统的原理及实现方案,给出了光纤接口电路和实验波形。实验结果表明,系统很好地解决了驱动信号相互干扰的问题,增加了系统的可靠性,有效地保证了系统的稳定运行。
In the conversion system of wind power, a high-speed SPWM pulse group is used to achieve the control of IGBT module.When the signal is conveying in the cable, the high frequency signal is vulnerable to the influence of cable mutual-inductance, the higher the frequency, the bigger the interference brought by this kind of influence, even it causes IGBT misoperation, seriously may blast IGBT. In the paper, an IGBT driving system based on optical fiber transmission was discussed, the principle and implementation of driving system was also introduced and the fiber interface circuit and experimental waveform was given. The experimental results show that the system solves the problem of driving signal mutual interference, increase the reliability of system, and guarantee the stable operation of the system.
