摘要
针对现有家电(冰箱、冷柜)箱壳成形过程中存在的诸多弊端,研究了将光、机、电等多种新技术综合运用到新型家电箱壳成形工艺中并开发了整条生产线,介绍了新型成形系统的主要结构和功能。经生产验证,新型生产线使得工序时间大幅缩短,能耗显著降低,产品的通用性和稳定性均有较大提高。
In view of defects in the forming process of appliances （such as refrigerator, freezer）, a new forming process and a production line for the appliances box shell were developed. The major structure and function of the new system were presented.
