摘要
分析带螺纹支架成形工艺与模具设计,采用精冲成形螺纹、弯曲、冲孔三道工序完成支架成形,提高了材料利用率和降低了生产成本。实践证明:模具结构简单,操作方便,安全可靠。
The forming process and design of a die for a bracket, threaded were investigated. The shaping of the bracket was implemented by three steps, including fine blanking for the thread, bending and piercing. The material utilization was increased and the production cost decreased.
