摘要
分析斜齿轮的脱模方法,采用向心推力球轴承固定齿轮型腔,依靠推杆推动塑料齿轮,由齿轮螺旋面带动齿轮型腔板转动,从而带动齿轮从型腔板内脱出,同时对部分零件设计作了介绍。实践证明:模具结构设计合理,使用可靠。
The demolding method of a helical gear was investigated in which radial thrust ball bearing is used to fix the cavity, the plastic gear is moved by ejector and the cavity is rotated by the gear helicoids which drives the gear out of the cavity.
