摘要
提出了一种数值解与解析解相结合的材料均匀化处理方法,采用时域分析的方式,计算了正弦激励下非线性各向异性的叠片铁心中的三维漏磁场及结构件的损耗。以TEAM Problem 21C-M1模型为例,通过损耗的计算值和测量值的对比,验证了该方法的正确性。并将该方法应用于1台DFP-380 MVA/500 kV单相电力变压器的数值计算中,结构件损耗的计算误差为6.166%。该方法在保证工程精度的前提下减小了计算规模,使得大型电力变压器结构件损耗的准确计算成为可能。
A time domain analysis method combining analytical and numerical solutions for material homogenization was proposed to calculate 3D leakage magnetic fields and its structural part losses in the nonlinear and anisotropic laminated core with the sinusoidal excitation. The TEAM Problem 21C-Ml was used as the numerical example to verify this method with the comparison of the losses between the calculated and measured results. This method was applied to the numerical calculation of a DFP-380MVA/500kV single-phase power transformer; and the calculation error of the structural part losses was 6.166%. On the premise of engineering precision, this method can reduce the scale of calculation and make it possible to accurately calculate the structural part losses in large power transformers.
