摘要 本文对与高血压病有关的年龄(40岁或以上)、性别(男性)、高血压家族史(阳性)、脑血管病家族史(阳性)、超重、吸烟、饮酒7个因素,应用模糊数学综合评判法对其致病作用的相对重要性进行了分析。结果显示,超重的致病作用最重要,占38.91%;其次是年龄在40岁或以上,占28.28%;饮酒属第3位、占11.09%;其余依次是高血压家族史阳性,占8.64%;脑血管病家族史阳性,占7.98%;吸烟,占3.21%;男性性别,占1.89%。 In order to study the relative importance (i. e. the strength of action) of each factor among the seven factors (overweight, drinking etc. ) which cause hypertension. Fuzzy mathematics comprehensive ju- dgement is used to analyse causative effect of each factor on the basis of the prevalence study of risk factors of hypertension. The result Shows that ov- erweight, forty or more than forty years old and drinking are the leading three factors making up 38.91%, 28.28% and 11.09% respectively. The fac- tors listed the fourth, the fifth, the sixth and the seventh according to ths size of relative importance, are positive familial history of hypertension (8. 64%) and cerebrovascular disease (7.98%), smoking (3. 21%) and male (1.89%).
