Thermal properties of separator for Li-ion battery prepared by different methods

摘要 分析了静电纺丝、单向拉伸和双向拉伸等工艺制备的4种锂离子电池隔膜的热收缩、孔隙率和透气性等随着热处理温度和时间的变化。随着温度的升高,单向拉伸与双向拉伸隔膜在机械方向的热收缩率增大,静电纺丝隔膜减小;孔隙率均有降低的趋势;透气性在测试温度范围内(80~95℃)先升高,后降低。静电纺丝和双向拉伸隔膜在热处理4 h后达到收缩平衡,孔隙率、透气性变化不再明显。 The changing of shrinkage,porosity and gas permeability of four separators prepared by uniaxial stretching,biaxial stretching and electrospinning methods for Li-ion battery with heat treatment temperature and time were studied.With the increasing of the temperature,the mechanical direction(MD) shrinkage of uniaxial stretching and biaxial stretching separators enlarged but it reduced for electrospinning separator,the porosity of the separators declined.The gas permeability of the separators rose first and decreased immediately in the range of test temperature(80~95 ℃).The shrinkage,porosity and gas permeability of the separators varied in little once the treatment time of the separators under 85 ℃ was over 4 h.
