摘要 分析了石化设计单位对于涉外项目配管设计、支吊架设计和汇料的现状,介绍了开发的国际通行标准支吊架材料控制系统的主要功能和应用情况。该系统使用VB6和VC2003开发而成,在Windows操作系统下运行。本系统在多套中东炼油装置设计中的应用,不仅减少了设计人员的汇料工时,也大大简化后期施工的材料控制,缩短了设计周期,提高了生产效率,而且也使校对人员的工作量、设计人员的工作量以及现场配合施工人员的工作量降到最低,从而使设计效率大幅度提高。 This paper analyzes the present situation of piping design,pipe support and hanger design and material computation of overseas projects in petrochemical engineering companies.It introduces the main function and application of the material control system of internationally accepted standards for pipe support and hanger developed by SEI with the use of VB6 and VC 2003.This system runs in Windows operation system and has been applied to several sets of oil refining equipment design in the Middle East.The use of this system not only reduces the designers' workload in material computation,but also greatly simplifies the material control during post-construction period.It also shortens the design period and improves work efficiency.Meanwhile,through use of this system,the workload of the proofreaders,designers,on-site construction workers can be reduced to the minimum.Hence,the design efficiency may be greatly improved.
