This article introduces the faults of flue gas turbine in wax oil catalytic cracking unit in SINOPEC Guangzhou Branch occurred within the same overhaul cycle.Through faults diagnosis and analysis of the flue gas turbine,the causes of the faults are accurately determined and effective countermeasures are taken,in particular,countermeasures such as improving operation and maintenance management,and correctly choosing the best time to downtime are taken to ensure the long cycle,safe and stable operation of the flue gas turbine.
