摘要
研究煤矿安全准确评价问题。煤矿安全评价指标多,由于煤矿的自然条件,生产条件和保障条件各有不同,随机性较强。如何准确选择评价指标是保障煤矿安全的关键,传统评价法难以正确对评价指标赋权值,导致评价结果准确率低,解释性不强。为提高煤矿安全评价结果的准确率,提出了一种层次分析法和逼近理想解排序相结合的煤矿安全评价模型。首先在对煤矿生产特点进行分析,并利用专家系统构建煤矿安全评价指标体系,然后用层次分析法对各评价指标赋权值,最后利用逼近理想解排序方法计算出煤矿安全等级值。仿真结果表明,改进的评价结果比传统的评价方法准确率高,评价结果可解释性好,是一种有效的煤矿安全评价方法。
Research coal mine safety problems.Because of themany factors affect coal mine safety,the traditional methods for evaluating the accuracy of the results is not strong.The paper proposed coal a mine safety evaluation model based on hierarchy analytic method combined with the approximate ideal solution ordering.First,the characteristics of coal mine production were analyzed and the safety evaluation index system was constructed with expert system.Then,the hierarchy analytic method was used to the evaluate weights to indexes.Finally,the approximate ideal solution ordering was used to calculate the security levels.Research results show that the model of the evaluation is more accurate than the conventional evaluation method,and is a kind of effective coal mine safety evaluation method.
