使用Pc及Pf抗原对单纯间日疟流行区的疟疾病人血清进行IFA试验,以评价其替代PV抗原检测间日疟原虫抗体的效应程度。用Pc,Pc及Pf抗原分别检测155例确诊的间日疟病人血清,其GMRT依次为175.8,37.4及12.7,两两相比均有非常显著差异;其阳性符合率依次为97.4%,81.9%及63.9%,差异亦非常显著。3种抗原测得的抗体滴度进行直线回归分析,获得表示Pv和Pc抗原检测间日疟原虫抗体时抗体滴度关系的回归方程Y=1.22+0.65X。假此方程,通过Pc抗原检测时的抗体滴度,可能推算用Pv抗原检测时的抗体滴度。
Plasmodium cynomolgi antigen and P. falcipa- rum antigen were used for detecting antibodies to P. vivax in sera from patients with P. vivax from monospeies, P. vivax endemic areas by immunofluo- rescent antibody test (IFA) to assess how much heterologous antigens could replace the position of P. vivax antigen in determining antibodies to P. vivax. The geometrie mean reciprocal titers (GMRTs) from 155 sera from vivex malaria patients confi- rmed by blood film, with three different Plasmo- dium species antiaens, P. vivax, P. cynomolgi and P. falciparum were 175.8, 37.4 and 12.7 in order. Significant differences were found. And the corre- lative rates compared with the parasitology findings under microscopic in order were 97.4%, 81.9% and 63.9%. Also, there were significant differences. It was suggested that the linear regraseion formula, Y_1=1.22+0.65X (Y being as the valve of logarithm reciprocal titer with P. vivax antigen, X being as the same value with P. cynomolgi antigen) was used for measurment of the approximate antibody titer when using P. cynomolgi antigen to detect antibo- dies to P. vivax in sera from vivax malar1a patients.
