摘要
文中介绍了某机载雷达发射机高压电源的干式设计原理。通过模块化的结构设计,对高压组件采用有机硅导热胶真空灌封的方式实现高压绝缘和散热,从而实现高压电源的小型化设计。此外,还从材料优选、工艺流程及关键工艺控制等方面详细介绍了高压组件的灌封技术。多次环境试验证明,该灌封技术满足产品的设计要求,有效保证了高压电源在低气压、高低温循环和振动等恶劣环境条件下能够正常工作。
The solid design principle of high voltage power supply in an airborne radar transmitter is introduced in this paper.The miniaturization of the high voltage power supply can be realized by blocking structure design and by using thermally conductive silicone elastomers in high voltage parts by vacuum filling for insulation and radiating heat.In addition,the embedding technology process of high voltage parts is described in detail from the selection of embedding material,embedding process flow and key technique control.Several environmental tests show that the embedding technology can satisfy the design requirement.It ensures effectively that the high voltage power supply can operate normally under adverse environments such as low atmosphere pressure,high and low temperatures circulation and vibration.
