摘要
文中探讨了国内外各种玻璃纤维增强复合材料在天线罩中的应用,特别是用于潜用天线罩的复合材料的应用情况。通过对潜用天线罩的结构分析,详细介绍了制作潜用天线罩的典型工艺——真空辅助RTM成型工艺:模具设计制造、增强材料选择、树脂基体选择、铺层设计及工艺参数确定等。采用该工艺方法最终制得符合设备使用要求的产品。
The paper discusses the application of Fiberglass Reinforced Plastics(FRP) to radome,especially to submarine radome.Through the structural analysis of radome,it describes the typical technology of Vacuum Assisted Resin Transfer Molding(VARTM) for fabricating the submarine radome: mold design and manufacturing,reinforcing material selection,resin matrix selection,laminated glass cloth design,technological parameters determination,etc.At last,the qualified products are manufactured through this technology.
