摘要 CAE仿真技术已广泛运用在各种大型构件的工程计算当中。仿真分析时最棘手的就是对连接处的合理建模,不同的建模方法仿真得到的结果往往差别较大。为探讨该问题,文中以焊接、螺栓连接、螺钉连接和铆钉连接4种典型连接方式为研究对象,先通过试验的方法获得模态实验数据,再采用不同的仿真建模方法建立有限元模型进行分析,获取仿真模态解。通过对比仿真结果与试验结果,寻求典型连接方式采用何种仿真建模方法进行分析具有较高的可信度。研究成果对提高实际工程仿真分析置信度有一定的指导意义。 CAE simulation technology is widely used in engineering computations of all kinds of large-scale structures.The most difficult part in simulation analysis is to model the connecting structure exactly because different modeling methods lead to results which may differ greatly.Four typical connecting methods(welding,connecting with bolts,connecting with screws and connecting with rivets) are studied in this paper.Their natural frequencies and vibration modes are obtained by vibration test and by different simulation modeling analyzing methods respectively.Comparison is made to find modeling methods with higher reliability.The conclusion is instructive for improving simulation reliability for engineering analysis.
