摘要
从绩效管理的角度出发,将平衡计分卡应用到高校高水平运动队绩效评估中。通过对当前高校高水平运动队内外环境的分析,采用SWOT分析法制定运动队发展战略,从主办方——学校、运动队内部流程、运动队经费、运动队发展四个维度构建高校高水平运动队的绩效评估指标体系。最后,运用层次分析法确定绩效指标的权重,从而实现对运动队实现全面的评价。
From the performance management perspective, the Balanced Scorecard applied to the performance as- sessment of high level sports teams. On the current internal and external environments of university sports teams, SWOT analysis method used to develop sports teams development strategies, from the organizers - uni- versity, sports teams internal processes, funding for sports teams, the development of sports teams in four di- mensions construction high level sports teams performance evaluation index syst^n. Finally, we use AHP to de- temaine the weight of performance indicators to achieve a comprehensive evaluation of sports teams.
