从大学阳光体育开展困境析大学课余体育之选择

Analysis on the Choice of Extracurricular Sports under the Plight of Sunny Sports Movement for College Students

大学阳光体育运动属于课余体育的范畴,针对其目前的困境,对大学课余体育锻炼的管理、观念、阻滞因素进行了反思。认为发展大学课余体育应以大课程观为指导,在把其纳入日常教学计划的同时,必须完善大学层面的课余体育运行制度设计,并逐渐推动大学体育工作的重心由课内向课余转移。在此前提下坚持以技术教学为核心的课程多元化改革,为学生提供技术支持和兴趣引导;开展生命教育,激活大学生健身意识;在学校层面建立大学生课余体育组织管理的实质性机构,把各类学生体育组织做实,使其做事;组建以课余体育竞赛为核心的课余体育组织机构,实现课余体育竞赛的层次化、社团化、评价机制的周期化,扩大课余竞赛的覆盖面。

Sunny Sports Movement for college students is the scope of extracurricular sports. Based on its current predicament, some problems including management, concept and restraining factors were discussed. According to the article, extracurricular sports should be based on a large university curridum as a guide, introduced into the daily teaching plan. And at the same time, it is necessary to improve university operating system design inex- tracurricular sports, and shift the focus from curricular to extracurricular gradually. There are four ways, includ- ing insisting on the reform of diversity curriculum which adheres to the technical core of teaching in order to pro- vide technical support and gain the joyful life experience for students, awaking the fitness consciousness through the life education, establishing substantial extracurricular sports organization and management body at the school level, strengthening the student sports organizations to display its full function, establishing management institu- tion of the extracurricular sports competition, which be hierarchical, sponsored by the student organization, peri- odic in the evaluation mechanism so as to expand the coverage of extracurricalar competitions.
