P-RC APMP高浓停留段Mg(OH)_2取代NaOH比例对三倍体毛白杨浆料性能的影响

Effects of Mg(OH)_2 Substitution Percentage for NaOH in the High-Consistency Retention Stage on the Pulp Properties of Triploid Poplar P-RC APMP

摘要 以三倍体毛白杨为原料进行P-RC APMP制浆,优选并固定其他工艺条件,控制高浓停留段用碱量为3.0%(以NaOH计),探讨高浓停留段Mg(OH)2取代NaOH比例对纸浆的成纸物理性能(白度、松厚度、强度)以及保水值、纤维形态的影响。结果表明,随着Mg(OH)2取代比例的增加,纸浆的白度均高于75%ISO,在取代比例低于50%时,对纸浆白度会产生积极的影响;当Mg(OH)2取代比例由0增加至75%时,成纸的松厚度由2.12 cm3.g-1提高到2.67 cm3.g-1;当Mg(OH)2取代比例由0增加至50%时,抗张指数由26 N·m·g-1下降到18 N·m·g-1,撕裂指数由3.9mN·m2·g-1下降到2.7 mN·m2·g-1;浆料的保水值、纤维长度、纤维扭结指数和扭结角均随着Mg(OH)2取代量的增加而下降。 Effects of Mg(OH)2 substitution percentage for NaOH in the high-consistency retention stage on the physical properties(brightness,bulk,strength indexs),WRV and fiber shape of triploid poplar P-RC APMP were investigated,as the optimized technical conditions were selected and alkali charge was 3.0%(based on NaOH) in the high-consistency retention stage.e results showed that with the increase of Mg(OH)2 substitution percentage for NaOH,the brightness of handsheets was higher than 75%ISO,meanwhile,when the Mg(OH)2 substitution percentage was less than 50%,it would have a positive effect on the brightness of pulp.With the Mg(OH)2 substitution percentage increased from 0 to 75%,the bulk of the handsheets would increase from 2.12 cm3·g-1 to 2.67 cm3·g-1.e tensile and tear index would decrease from 26 N·m·g-1 and 3.9 mN·m2·g-1 to 18 N·m·g-1and 2.7 mN·m2·g-1,respectively,as the Mg(OH)2 substitution percentage increased from 0 to 50%.e WRV,fiber length,kink index and kink angle all decreased as the Mg(OH)2 substitution percentage increased.
