摘要
本刊讯山东省是造纸工业大省，具有发展造纸产业的传统优势。为促进工业转方式、调结构，促进全省消费品产业做优做精，在“十二五”时期进一步提升山东造纸工业发展水平，增强竞争实力，制定本规划。
In order to actively respond to the call of controlling the total scale and achieving the goal of 4.6 percent annual growth rate presented by 12th five-year plan for paper industry development,Shandong has made and released 12th five-year plan for Shandong paper industry development,in which a target of 4.7 percent of annual growth rate was proposed to promote the industrial structure update and quicken the construction of a powerful province in paper industry,combined with the actual conditions in Shandong.
