原代SD大鼠海马神经元扫描电镜形态学特点

摘要 目的:观察体外培养的原代海马神经元扫描电镜形态学特点。方法:体外培养新生SD乳鼠原代海马神经元,行免疫细胞化学鉴定,用扫描电镜观察其形态学特点。结果:培养的海马神经元形态多样,梭形神经元胞体较大,伸出两个突起;神经元细胞有的基底宽广,突起有粗有细,与周围的神经元细胞连结紧密;锥体细胞从胞体发出2~3个突起,从粗大的突起上又分出突起;培养的神经元以锥体形为主,其次为梭形、三角形。结论:培养的神经元为MAP-2染色阳性,扫描电镜可见神经元胞体及突起形成神经元的特有结构。 Objective: To observe morphological characteristics of primary SD rat hippocampal neuron with scanning electron microscopy.Methods: New born SD puppies was cultivated,with immunohistochemistry identification,and its morphological characteristics were observed with scanning electron microscopy.Results: Pimary cultivated neurons showed different shapes.Neuron body is larger,with 2 processes form it.Some cell bodies have broad bases,with p either thin processes or thick ones,and have a tight connection with around cell.Pyramid cells have 2-3 processes from cell bodies,with branches from those thicker ones.Cultivated cell mostly are pyramid cells,then spindle-shaped ones and triangle ones.Conclusion: Neurons are MAP-2 positive and scanning electron microscopy shows that cell body and process have special characteristics of neuron.
