小学生近视与发中铜铁锌含量的相关性研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的:通过对小学生发中铜、铁、锌含量分析,研究其含量变化与近视之间的相关性,为预防近视提供依据。方法:采用随机抽样方法在包头市东河区牛桥街小学抽取187例视力正常小学生(非近视组)和142例近视小学生(近视组),采集发样,清洗和消化处理后用火焰原子吸收分光光度法对其进行铜、铁、锌的含量测定。结果:近视组小学生发中Cu含量高于视力正常组,Fe和Zn的含量低于视力正常组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);近视组小学生发中Cu/Fe比值和Cu/Zn比值比非近视组升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而Fe/Zn差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:小学生近视与发中Cu、Fe、Zn的含量有相关性。 Objective: To explore the interrelation between the pupils' myopia and such trace elements as copper,iron and zinc through the determination and analysis of these trace elements in the hair so as to provide scientific basis for the prevention of myopia.Methods: 187 pupils of normal vision(the normal group) and 142 myopia pupils(the myopia group)from Baotou Niuqiaojie elementary school were selected by random sampling.The content of Cu,Fe and Zn in the hair was determined by the Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometry after the hair was sampled,washed and digested.Results: The content of Cu in the hair of the myopia group is obviously higher than that in the normal group,but that of Fe and Zn is obviously lower than that in the normal group(P0.05).The content ratio of Cu/Fe and Cu/Zn in the hair of the myopia group is obviously higher compared with the normal group(P0.05),but there is no significant difference in the content ratio of Fe/Zn between both groups(P0.05).Conclusion: The pupils' myopia is interrelated with the content of trace elements copper,iron and zinc in hair.
