神经生长因子治疗周围神经病变临床疗效分析

The Clinical Efficacy Analysis of the Nerve Growth Factor in the Treatment of Peripheral Neuropathy

目的:探讨神经生长因子治疗周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法:将周围神经病变患者随机分为神经生长因子治疗组和非神经生长因子治疗组,神经生长因子治疗组在常规治疗基础上加神经生长因子(苏肽生)肌肉注射。结果:神经生长因子治疗组在治疗后,面神经MNCV、三叉神经SNCV、正中神经MNCV、正中神经SNCV等4项有显著变化。结论:周围神经病变病例加神经生长因子(苏肽生)肌肉注射,取得了满意疗效。

Objective： To evaluate the clinical efficacy of the nerve growth factors in the treatment of peripheral neuropathy.Methods： The peripheral neuropathy patients were randomly divided into the nerve growth factor treatment group and the control group without nerve growth factor treatment.The nerve growth factor treatment group was given nerve growth factors（Su peptide Health） intramuscularly in addition to conventional treatment.Results： In the nerve growth factor treatment group,there were significant changes in the facial nerve MNCV,trigeminal nerve SNCV,median nerve MNCV and in median nerve SNCV after treatment.Conclusion： Satisfactory curative effects can be achieved with nerve growth factor（Su peptide Health） intramuscular injection in the cases of peripheral neuropathy.
