摘要
目的:探讨64排螺旋CT血管造影技术(CT angiography,CTA)及各种图像重建技术在主动脉夹层(AD)中的诊断价值。方法:确诊为AD的32例患者,均行64排CTA检查,并对原始数据进行多平面重组(MPR)、曲面重建(CPR)、最大密度投影(MIP)以及三维容积成像(VR)后处理。结果:32例患者CTA均显示内膜片、内膜破口、真假腔及分支血管受累情况。结论:64排螺旋CT血管造影能快速、准确、无创地诊断主动脉夹层,为临床选择治疗方案提供更多的信息。
Objective: To investigate the diagnositic value of 64-detetor spiral CT angiography(CTA) and various types of imaging reconstruction techniques in aortic dissection.Methods: 32 patients with aortic dissection(AD) all underwent 64-detetor spiral CTA,and original image reconstruction were postprocessed by multiplanar reformation(MPR),curved planar reconstruction(CPR),maximum tensityprojection(MIP) and volume rendering(VR).Results: CTA showed clearly the location of crevasse,the true and false lumens and the involvement of the branches in all 32 patients.Conclusion: 64-detetor spiral CTA is a rapid,accurate and non-invasive method for diagnosis of AD,which can provide more information for clinical treatment.
