长期以来,素有"金标准"美誉的诊断病理学一直处于被边缘化的地位,病理从业队伍很不稳定。因此,培养高素质的病理专业人才,提高临床医师和管理部门对病理工作的认可程度是亟待解决的问题。而将诊断病理学纳入医学本科教育必修课程、拓展诊断病理学教育的覆盖面、加大诊断病理学通识教育的力度是解决上述问题的最根本措施和最为可靠的方法之一。

Clinical pathology known as the gold standard reputation has been put in the position of being marginalized for a long time.The team of pathological staff is very unstable.Therefore,training of high-quality pathological professionals,improving clinical doctors and administrative staff＇s approval degree for clinical pathology is an important problem.Bringing clinical pathology into the required course of medical education,expanding and increasing the coverage and strength of the general clinical pathology education are the most fundamental measures and the most reliable way for solving the problems.
