摘要 以苯酚、对氨基苯磺酸、甲醛为原料,合成了与磺甲基酚醛树脂(SMP)具有相似分子结构的降滤失剂对氨基苯磺酸盐酚醛树脂。通过单因素实验确定了合成降滤失剂的最佳工艺条件:单体总含量(质量分数)35%,n(对氨基苯磺酸)∶n(苯酚)=1∶1.5,n(对氨基苯磺酸+苯酚)∶n(甲醛)=1∶1.25,反应体系pH值9~10,反应温度90℃,反应时间4.5 h。合成的降滤失剂在淡水泥浆中的适宜加量为5%。用该降滤失剂配制的钻井液具有良好的降滤失效果,耐温能力可达180℃。 pAminobenzenesulfonate phenol formaldehyde resin as filtrate reducer with similar molecular structure to that of SMP ( sulphonated methyl phenolic resin) , was synthesized using phenol, p aminobenzene sulfonic acid, and formaldehyde as raw materials. The optimum conditions for synthesizing the filtrate reducer were determined by singlefactor experiments as follows: total monomer content 35% (wt), n(sulfanilie acid) : n(phenol) = 1 : 1.5, n ( sulfanilic acid + phenol) : n (formaldehyde) = 1 : 1.25, pH value of the reaction solution 9 - 10, reaction temperature 90 ℃, reaction time 4.5 hours. The suitable content of the filtrate reducer in fresh water slurry was 5%. The drilling fluid containing the filtrate reducer has good effect on decreasing fluid loss and its heat resistance is up to 180℃.
