近年频繁发生的自然灾害给我国造成了巨大的损失,人们过去信奉的"人定胜天"的发展理念受到了严重的挑战,科学发展观的理念得到了更多的认同。作为世界自然和文化遗产的都江堰水利工程在2200多年的历史中屡经磨难,仍能发挥作用,其修建和维护中的尊重自然、因势利导理念值得灾后重建地区研究和学习。

In recent years, frequent natural disasters in China has caused huge losses of life and properties . The doctrine of ＂man can conquer nature＂ believed in by many people is facing a great challenge, and the concept of development in a sci- entific way has been accepted by most of people . As the natural and cultural heritage of the world , the Dujiangyan Project with more than 2200 years of history, still play its role after the natural calamity , just because of respect for the natural rules in its reconstruction and maintenance which is valuable for the reconstruction work.
